HOW TO BECOME OUR PSA
Fill in the Application form & fulfill the following requirements :
	A CD of Photographs (Contents : interior of your office, the entrance & premises)
	Contact details: nearest station, famous Landmark & on which floor your office is located.
	Copy of Pan Card of proprietor certified by Advocate. Or if partnership - Copy of Partnership deed certified by
	the advocate.
	Pan card copy of the partnership firm and all partners certified by advocate.
	Applicants Passport size Photographs
	Photocopy of Certificates if you are member of any Tourism association.
	After checking your document we may call you at our Head office for further meeting.

What is a KMC's Preferred Sales agent ( PSA)

KMC's PSA will be authorized to take bookings for KMC Products. KMC PSA's will be supported by Providing Promotional Material Like Brochures, Facia . Your name & address will be linked to our Website.

Why should I become a PSA of KMC..

As we all know that Indian Tourism economy market is growing on day by day & the best way to take advantage of these growth is to be a part of a well renowned company like KMC.

I do not have any experience in Travel industry? Can I still become a PSA of KMC?

Yes if you have the Passion for travel & willing to put in efforts to grow the business, KMC will train you to know how to manage the inquiries & to grab bookings; our agency department will guide you for your any inquiries.

What Product can I sell as being a KMC PSA?

As being a part of KMC PSA you will be authorized to Promote Brands of KMC.

What is my role as a PSA?

A PSA will have to select the right outlet, furnish it, manage opex including rental, telephone charges, conveyance etc, appoint staff and pay for their salaries. PSA will have to ensure smooth financial functioning of the Agency. And achieve sales target with help of sales Staff & he can't work with any other Travel company.

How much is the Agency Fee/Deposit?

Preferred Sales Agent fee & deposit –
Preferred Sales Agent fee is Rs 1,25,000/- + service tax (Non-Refundable)

Why is KMC charging Agency Fee?

Agency fee is collected to provide marketing support to your Agency.

Marketing support like your name & numbers will be linked to our website.

If Promotional advertise is coming up in your Regions, your area & contact no will be printed in adv, Queries from your area will be diverted to your agency to generate your business.

Termination clause is updated in agreement as per rules if we find any miss-leadings done by the agent to KMC , he will be questioned & if found guilty will be terminated on SOS basis.

How many Employees need to be hired on my Payroll?

KMC would suggest that you should Hire Min 1 qualified staff on initial base which will take care of all KMC Inquiries & bookings.

Will the staff of my Outlet will be trained by KMC?

Yes. The staff would trained by experienced professionals on all the products, reservation systems and processes of KMC.

Can I give extra discounts for the customer, who wants more discounts on tour Package?

No extra discounts will be given to guest. Discounts will be given to guest as per the Policy of KMC. If found any agents giving any extra discounts without intimating Agency department, he will be questioned & if found guilty he will be terminated.

Can I give my Commission in the form of Discount to the Customer?

No you are not allowed to give your Commission to the Customer in the form of Discount, we have setup our policy of Discount, no matter where that guest is booking his tours , he will find same discount policy , if found giving commission as a discount the agent will be questioned & if found Guilty he will be terminated.

Can I carry out marketing and advertising exercise in my local area?

Yes you may carry out Marketing and Advertising activities in the area demarcated in the Agreement with KMC. Marketing expenses will not be barred from KMC, All the marketing and advertising material need to be prior approved by the respective KMC business heads & then it should be published.

When would I receive my commission payment?

The commission payouts will be made in the following month once the guest departs on his holiday. Commission will be paid after deducting (Tax deducted at Source - TDS).
